His unique foundation spans competitive gymnastics, musical composition, and an exceptional multi-disciplinary education—including a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, an LL.M. in International Trade Law, and executive finance training at Harvard Extension School.
This deep economic and legal expertise enabled Dr. Fina to establish his Downers Grove practice in 1994 and secure landmark trial victories—including a $5 Million toxic waste class-action settlement against Kerr McGee Chemical Co., a $3 Million electrocution recovery against Commonwealth Edison, a $2.25 Million airline negligence award against Lufthansa, and a $1.75 Million motor vehicle defect recovery against Ford Motor Company.
